Nicole A. Davidson, estate planning attorney

About Nicole A. Davidson

I am Nicole A. Davidson, an attorney licensed in California and Florida. Since 2003, I have dedicated my practice exclusively to trusts and estates.

I work with individuals and families to create, implement, and maintain estate plans that reflect their circumstances, priorities, and goals. I also guide trustees, executors, and other fiduciaries as they carry out the responsibilities entrusted to them.

Estate planning and administration require attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and an understanding of the people behind the documents. My role is to provide clear guidance and practical solutions so that clients can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

What You Can Expect

I built my practice around a simple belief: clients deserve personal attention, honest advice, and an attorney who is accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in their success.

When you work with me, you work directly with me. I take the time to understand your circumstances, explain your options in plain English, and guide you through decisions that often involve your family, finances, and future.

I also believe in candid advice. If your situation would benefit from expertise outside my practice, I will tell you and help you identify the right resource. My goal is not simply to prepare documents — it’s to help you make informed decisions and give you confidence that your plan reflects your wishes.

Because I intentionally maintain a small practice, I’m able to provide the personalized attention and continuity that many larger firms simply cannot.

How My Practice Began

My commitment to these principles began early in my legal career. One year after graduating from law school, I made the decision to start my own practice.

At the time, I was working in environmental litigation. During conversations with friends and acquaintances, I repeatedly heard stories about disappointing experiences with trusts and estates attorneys who failed to provide the competence, responsiveness, and personal attention clients deserved.

Those conversations reinforced something I already believed: people making some of life’s most important decisions deserve an attorney they can trust.

I immersed myself in trusts and estates law, sought guidance from experienced practitioners, and completed extensive continuing legal education before opening my practice in 2003.

I began by helping young families establish their first estate plans. Over the years, my practice has grown to include sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, probate, business succession planning, and entity formation for asset protection.

More than two decades later, I continue to practice with the same commitment that inspired me to open my firm: providing knowledgeable legal counsel, personal attention, and lasting relationships built on trust. I am grateful to have built a referral-based practice serving generations of families throughout California.
